Q & A:
1. How would you describe your style?
I believe your style is always evolving, but I have been pretty consistently playing with the classic side of bohemian mixed with an understated edginess.
2. What is your best style advice to women?
You can’t go wrong in pieces that inspire you and make you feel good.
3. What are the latest fashion trends you are excited about?
I am most excited about where prints are going this Spring. These more sophisticated prints and the use of prints with different textures are making them irresistible even to people who have shied away from them before.
4.What make you happy? What inspires you?
My clients inspire me! I love figuring out my client’s personality and triangulating that with their vision and lifestyle to create wardrobe that makes them feel more confident and at ease. Outside of clothes, I am obsessed with music.

ModeWalk Stylist Series: Gemma Newlove
SHOP favorite picks by Gemma Newlove, international jet-setting stylist, HERE: http://bit.ly/Gemma_Newlove_Picks
Q & A:
1. How would you describe your style?
Classic European style with a fashion-forward edginess. I like to mix designer pieces with everyday staples. For example: Prada pants, Isabel Marant top with Zara boots.
2. What is your best style advice for women?
Focus on a small number of core wardrobe staples and build your looks around those. Wear well-fitted pieces that suit your body shape.
3. What are the latest fashion trends you are excited about?
The explosion of color for Spring 2013 is wonderful to see, leaving behind neutral palettes and moving to such a varied spectrum of colors.
4. What makes you happy? What inspires you?
My children make me happier than I can actually describe. Nothing makes me happier than to dress in an outfit that I feel has been well put together – it makes me feel on top of the world! I’m inspired by people who aren’t afraid to challenge themselves in any facet of life, be it work, art or sport. I feed off creative people and—thanks to them—I can then tap more into my own creative side.

Gemma’s pivotal moment came whilst working for Glenda Bailey of Harper’s Bazaar US in Milan. This real life “Devil Wears Prada” experience led to the realization that fashion was part of her raison d’être.
Her friends all look to her as their very own style setter and are always asking for tips and advice on current trends. Gemma is delighted to be a ModeWalk stylist and ultimately aspires to be in a position of promoting her very own sartorial designs on ModeWalk.
ModeWalk Stylist Series: Jacqueline Gilbertson
SHOP favorite picks by Jacqueline Gilbertson, founder of Culture Capsules and international etiquette expert, HERE: http://bit.ly/Jacqueline_Gilbertson_Picks
Q & A:
1. How would you describe your style?
My worldwide travels have shaped an eclectic style; however, having lived in France for many years, I am very much influenced by the French aesthetic sensibility. “Boring” isn’t in my repertoire — I love an element of surprise!
2. What is your best style advice to women?
Fashion is a way to express your individuality. Your choices should always make you feel comfortable. However, you should be daring and try new looks as long as they truly express who you are. And, very important, fashion should be fun!
3. What are the latest fashion trends in Paris and London now?
The trend of implicit versatility is a sign that designers are truly listening to the needs of the modern woman. The focus is on separates that can be mixed and matched in imaginative and individualistic ways. Moreover, since the boundaries between cultures have become blurred, our fashion choices can also reflect a unique blending of cultural influences. It’s all about creative practicality! Here’s a suggestion to help you with your selection: think “pants as a must-have,” think “unstructured, supple shapes” and think “cheerful in spirit.”
4.What make you happy? What inspires you?
I have a love of learning and mastering new skills. Beauty and excellence in all their myriad forms inspire me.

INTRODUCING ModeWalk Stylist Series: Emily Noble Pashman
SHOP favorite picks by Emily Noble Pashman, stylist to busy Silicon Valley executives, HERE: http://bit.ly/Emily_Noble_Pashman_Favorites
Q & A:
How would you describe your personal style?
Moving from NYC to Silicon Valley enables me to blend elements of urban sophistication with casual West Coast sensibilities. My look is subtly chic.
Your go-to look?
For nighttime, I am more overtly edgy with my styling. I prefer skinny jeans, stilettos, a tailored blouse and statement jewelry.
Advice for other women?
Incorporate your own personal style with more relevant items. Do integrate a few classic pieces each season into your wardrobe for a more updated look.
What makes you happy? Inspired?
I love spending time with my husband, two children and mini –golden retriever in Carmel-by-the-Sea or Slopeside in Lake Tahoe. I gain my inspiration from working with creative people, looking at fabulous editorial spreads to source beautiful images for posting on my Tumblr or Pinterest, or just taking in the street style of New York or London.

SHOP favorite picks by Tina Craig, jewelry designer and co-founder of Snob Global Media, HERE: http://bit.ly/Tina_Craig_Picks
Q & A:
How would you describe your style?
Eclectic and adventurous. I was the girl in college (USC) wearing Target tank tops with vintage haute couture skirts and Chanel bags to class. I am not afraid of taking risks and will try anything just about once.
What is your go-to outfit?
Black flared mini, lace top and a killer necklace always works.
What is your best style advice for women?
Be yourself!!! I like to DIY and personalize my clothes. I cut a 1967 Christian Dior Haute Couture beaded gown into a mini dress- everyone thought I was crazy! But it ended up winning the Look of the Day on Style.com.
What makes you happy? or What inspires you?
My son makes me joyful! I am inspired by women who choose to walk the tightrope instead of the sidewalk.

Q & A: Why do you love these looks?
LOOK 01
Paris has as many museums as New York has bodegas. But unlike most get-ups, with this one, you can practically take the art along with you. A strikingly blue envelope clutch that channels Yves Klein’s notorious self-named shade and bow-tie pants that could easily be an homage to KAWS. Trot into an art-filled wing looking like this, and you’ll fully upstage any of Monet’s water lilies.
LOOK 02
Suiting is in, but done like this? It’s positively off the charts. A handcrafted bodysuit elevates any outfit to black-tie status, and with the perfect patent pumps, you’ve nailed a personal feminine twist on tuxedos. Pair with your favorite black trousers and boom! You’ve officially eradicated any need for a blazer ever again.
LOOK 03
We were certain—no, convinced—that it’s impossible to look sexy while battling the winter elements, but this number by Parisian designer Felipe Oliveira Baptista has completely set us straight. The sleek tailoring, the dusty grey color, the fur collar we’d love to tuck into when the wind’s whipping by; it’s all très chic. We may have officially found love in a hopeless, frozen place.
